After two days of crying and whining...Owen finally realized he like disneyland. But if you ask him now if he wants to go back he just says..."when I am bigger". We were dumb and thought he would love the Pirate ride...but really it just scared him from every other ride. For the last month Owen has been so excited to go and has been watching all the rides on You Tube...then we get there and all he can ask is it time to go home. Ahhhh! But he did find a few rides he likes and we rode them all about a thousand times...and he loved all the characters and the parades.

The girls always wear princess dresses...so Owen went as a pirate. He loved all the attention it brough him.

It looks like a really fun trip Hol. Too funny that Owen wants to go back when he's bigger. What a funny kid.
He is so funny. I want to go. We may try to go in June when we go to california to see my gma.... but the kids may be too small so we might have to do sea world instead.

He is too funny! I am so glad you finally updated your blog! Looks like a super fun trip and picture with Mickey himself...way to go. That is so hard to get a picture with him because of the lines.
Sounds a lot like our experience with Jackson last fall - only he was 2 years "bigger" than Owen. I think we might have actually ruined amusement parks for him for life after DRAGGING him (kicking and screaming)on all the rides that we thought would be fun for HIM. Thank goodness for the Buzz Lightyear ride! I'm glad you were able to give Disneyland a go anyways - it's always worth trying.
First time we went we made the mistake of going on the snow white ride first it scared the crap out of my kids! It took the rest of the day to get them excited again. Glad you had fun. We LOVE Disneyland. Never thought I would.
