Disneyland Vacation...The Airplane Ride

So Owen has always loved Halloween and every other year we go to Disney...so we thought this year we should go during Halloween. Owen has had mixed feelings...one day excited...the next day super scared. Not because of how he thought Disneyland would be decorated, but because he did not want to go on any scary rides.

So my first post about our trip is the Airplane ride to Cali. This is the first time that Owen and Luke have flown. Owen was so scared...so scared. He was crying and practically hyperventilating while getting on the plane. As we boarded the plane the pilot was standing outside of the cabin and asked Owen what was wrong and I just told him he was super scared. So the pilot asked Owen to come into the cock pit and had Owen sit in his chair and he moved the seat up for him and everything. He told Owen it was like he was playing a video game and that he was really good at the game and that Owen had nothing to worry about. I love that he got to go up there...of coarse I didn't have my camera out. But him and Luke both got a pair of wings as honorary pilots.

Luke watching Caillou. We thought doing a flight at his nap time would be good...but really he was just grumpy and uncomfortable and the beginning.

But eventually he feel asleep in his Aunt Wendy's arms.

Owen ended up loving the flight and now wants to fly everywhere...Thank Goodness.
