How do you do it?

I have to say I am very impressed with women that are stay at home mothers. How do you do it...all the time? First of all you are all very lucky and fortunate to be able to...but damn...it is hard work. I feel like i have no time for anything. I am lucky if I shower and do my hair. I promise thank you cards are on the way out as well. You are all probably thinking I suck because you haven't gotten one and Luke is now 5 weeks old. So I am sorry. So here are some pictures and some information. Really nothing else is going on except that Luke is here now. He used to be a way good sleeper and by that I mean 3 to 3.5 hours at night. But now he can't fall asleep unless you are holding him...and then the minute you put him down...he freaking wakes up. sucks!
So pretty much if you haven't gotten thank you cards...your probably not getting christmas cards either. Sorry I suck bad this year. But as you can see I attempted. This is the only one that looked half decent...but I never made it over to costco to have them printed. Then I would have had to addrss all those darn envelopes. You can all just click on the picture and print it at home. MERRY CHRSTIMAS FROM THE PEARSONS.

Here are the boys with Santa at Quilted Bear.
Luke after his first bath.

Luke about 2 weeks old. He weighted 7.9 oz and was 21 inches long. So he grew a lot in just 2 weeks.

You are way too hard on yourself. Luke is still a newborn!! Showering or getting dressed is a major accomplishment, both on the same day is a miracle. Relax and just enjoy Christmas with your boys, there's always next year for cards!

I find myself thinking the same thing after a few days off: How do full-time stay at home moms do it? Work is my sanity.
Anyway, Luke is ADORABLE! And Owen looks so old next to him. They are so cute... love the jammies!

We are crazy, have you not noticed that before? Your boys are so cute! I am happy to see more pictures of Luke. Parks saw Owen and told me that we need to go to the dinosaur museum again:) You won't be getting a Christmas card from me either...I'm blaming it on pregnancy!

Being home is tough. Especially with wild boys! I'm sure Brock is making a huge mess right now -I've been away for about 2 minutes. And while I'm cleaning that mess, he'll be off making another one. It never ends! I'm okay with no Christmas card - but you better come tonight!

Hol- I've been meaning to call you. So good to hear form you even if it's just on your blog. You gotta remember you are still in survival mode so do whatever it takes just to survive the newborn stage. Talon is just BARELY starting to play a little bit, he's always wanted me to just hold him or he'd cry and he's 7 months old now. Staying at hom is HARD, way harder than I thought it would be. You don't get a break...ever! During nap time I'm always running around trying to shower, eat, laundry, yada yada yada. I love the Christmas pictures in their pj's. Too cute! I can't wait to see you tonight.
